Now THAT'S sloppy housekeeping!

No-one has any idea how those items came to be there....
no-one at Bristol apparently had known connections with those who excavated and wrote up those items...

Interesting.... But the final question "If anyone can shed light on this mystery, we would love to hear from them." is fascinating. It would mean that they are 4,520 years old!

John, I think they meant how the box got left at the back of a shelf.

Noted. Thx, Marty. Wicked cool information despite very sloppy housekeeping. Wish the use of the BCE/CE designation was more prevalent...am tired of the BC/AD bullying!

Very mysterious and fascinating. No takeout back then either, no GMO, pesticides or fast foods.
