Are you kidding.? A cat wearing a pink polka dot dress - that is bizarre - anyway, I hope the cat is returned to it's owner.

I'm wondering how a cat in a dress managed to get away, myself. Any cat I have ever had refused to wear anything like that and would lay there glaring at me.
