This is such a great article, sorry had to put my two cents in -- my parents, bless their souls loved Watermelon, that was after WWII, and now today we find out all of the benefits from Watermelon....

Guess the older generation got it right and we the younger generation got it all wrong!!!

There are so many health benefits to eating Watermelon, even the site doesn't take them all in, BUT PLEASE DO VISIT THE SITE!!!
