Science can do some amazing things but also has delivered all the chemicals and toxins we dump into the environment that return to our bodies through the air, water and food chain and give us cancer in the first place. It (science) is indeed a double edged sword and should be managed as such. But hope is a living thing and as we trudge onward into the future don't give it up!
