Eating high levels of some soy products - including tofu - may raise the risk of memory loss, research suggests.

Noted, and thanks for this dementia/soy link news. I was interested to read in the original news site about this research that was done in Indonesia... "A third theory is that damage is caused not by the tofu, but by formaldehyde, which is sometimes used in Indonesia as a preservative".
I suppose we'll just have to wait for more research to be done.

How silly. ..especially when their test group is over 68 years old..
