Florence Steen, 88, voted for Hillary Rodham Clinton at the Rapid City Regional Hospital Auxiliary Hospice House in Rapid City, SD but her vote never counted because she died before Election Day.

If you are dead I would say that's it!!! No Vote!!! Would not count because she died before Election Day.

Then one should not have to pay death, "inheritance," taxes. Or owe taxes for the allocated time still alive in that year. That is if you are dead.

I must say...this is something that I have never ever thought about. I think I agree with Pam Smith, director of the advocacy group Verified Voting...the day you mail in your vote is election day.
