Sky Bird Excellent job on bringing this issue to the front. I live in Texas and know all to well the dangers and explosions and loss of lives in the refineries.We have polluted some of the best Red snapper fishing and our shrimp fisheries down here. I just happened to see that story over at my rss feeds and came to care 2 com where I come daily to read the news and check on petitions ,and saw the story your put up here.
