Ultra-Secret Talks=North American Union?
Secret talks begun by President Bush of the USA, President Vincenté Fox of Mexico, and Prime Minister Paul Martin of Canada, the little known Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America process, are moving quickly from discussions into action with no input from the citizens of the three countries involved. Indeed most citizens are completely unaware of the process or the consequences to the sovereignty of each country, as the North American Union train builds up speed in the back rooms of Ottawa, Washington, and Mexico city.

What is the NAU and the NAFTA Super Highway? The NAFTA Super Highway (aka: Trans Texas Corridor - TTC) - funded by Spain - will be a large construction project, spanning 4-football-fields wide starting within the depths of Mexico, straight across the USA and into Canada. This inter-connected daisy-chain is linked to other Trade Corridors and existing interstate highways.

The existing interstate highways will be privatized and tolled, all vehicles and trucks will be scanned via RFID technology in inspection stickers, Mexican Freight Trucks will not be searched and mainly will be carrying large containers full of cheap slave-goods made in Far-East Communist countries.

The NAFTA superhighway will use tracks for commuter rail and high-speed freight rail; depots for rail lines; pipelines for oil, water and natural gas; and electrical towers for cabling for communication and telephone lines.

The North American Union (NAU) and a NAFTA Superhighway are nothing new, it is a NAFTA agreement that has been going according to plan since three years ago. The President has attended secret meetings, and has signed two agreements under the Security and Prosperity Partnership program (SPP.gov) along with former PM Paul Martin, and Mexican President Vicente Fox.

All was agreed to: integrate Mexico, Canada and the United States, erase the southern and northern borders and manage to put in a tri-national 'North American Union' ID card containing sensitive biometric information via the 'REAL ID Act of 2005' which is to be set in place on December 31, 2009. Like magic, no more illegal immigrant problem.

The NAU will gradually progress into a American Union (AU), much like the European Union. With One Government, one flag, one currency (Amero), One Constitution modeled by the Soviet-Union's Constitution (the US Constitution and Bill of Rights will be overthrown) and we are beginning to see the paving of our rights from Orwellian legislation like the 'Military Commissions act of 2006'. With said bill already signed, it will give construction of the NAFTA Superhighway legality to proceed because private property rights and all inalienable rights will no longer exist, and Imminent Domain programs will commence.


If you dread this concept as i do, i suggest you research the NAFTA Superhighway and Security Prosperity Partnership. It is up to you to find out what this means to the Sovereignty of this nation, do we want to live under one flag, one soviet constitution, one big brother government police state?

North American Union to Replace USA?

05/19/06 "Human Events" -- -- President Bush is pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada. This was the hidden agenda behind the Bush administration's true open borders policy.

Secretly, the Bush administration is pursuing a policy to expand NAFTA politically, setting the stage for a North American Union designed to encompass the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. What the Bush administration truly wants is the free, unimpeded movement of people across open borders with Mexico and Canada.

President Bush intends to abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the North American Union, a new economic and political entity which the President is quietly forming, much as the European Union has formed.

The blueprint President Bush is following was laid out in a 2005 report entitled "Building a North American Community" published by the left-of-center Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The CFR report connects the dots between the Bush administration's actual policy on illegal immigration and the drive to create the North American Union:

At their meeting in Waco, Texas, at the end of March 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin committed their governments to a path of cooperation and joint action. We welcome this important development and offer this report to add urgency and specific recommendations to strengthen their efforts.

What is the plan? Simple, erase the borders. The plan is contained in a "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" little noticed when President Bush and President Fox created it in March 2005:

In March 2005, the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States adopted a Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), establishing ministerial-level working groups to address key security and economic issues facing North America and setting a short deadline for reporting progress back to their governments. President Bush described the significance of the SPP as putting forward a common commitment "to markets and democracy, freedom and trade, and mutual prosperity and security." The policy framework articulated by the three leaders is a significant commitment that will benefit from broad discussion and advice. The Task Force is pleased to provide specific advice on how the partnership can be pursued and realized.

To that end, the Task Force proposes the creation by 2010 of a North American community to enhance security, prosperity, and opportunity. We propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders that "our security and prosperity are mutually dependent and complementary." Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people, products, and capital will be legal, orderly and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous North America.

The perspective of the CFR report allows us to see President Bush's speech to the nation as nothing more than public relations posturing and window dressing. No wonder President Vincente Fox called President Bush in a panic after the speech. How could the President go back on his word to Mexico by actually securing our border? Not to worry, President Bush reassured President Fox. The National Guard on the border were only temporary, meant to last only as long until the public forgets about the issue, as has always been the case in the past.

The North American Union plan, which Vincente Fox has every reason to presume President Bush is still following, calls for the only border to be around the North American Union -- not between any of these countries. Or, as the CFR report stated:

The three governments should commit themselves to the long-term goal of dramatically diminishing the need for the current intensity of the governments’ physical control of cross-border traffic, travel, and trade within North America. A long-term goal for a North American border action plan should be joint screening of travelers from third countries at their first point of entry into North America and the elimination of most controls over the temporary movement of these travelers within North America.

Discovering connections like this between the CFR recommendations and Bush administration policy gives credence to the argument that President Bush favors amnesty and open borders, as he originally said. Moreover, President Bush most likely continues to consider groups such as the Minuteman Project to be "vigilantes," as he has also said in response to a reporter's question during the March 2005 meeting with President Fox.

Why doesn’t President Bush just tell the truth? His secret agenda is to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union. The administration has no intent to secure the border, or to enforce rigorously existing immigration laws. Securing our border with Mexico is evidently one of the jobs President Bush just won't do. If a fence is going to be built on our border with Mexico, evidently the Minuteman Project is going to have to build the fence themselves. Will President Bush protect America's sovereignty, or is this too a job the Minuteman Project will have to do for him?

We need to educate our elected officials, our families, and our friends to this treasonous and destructive plan. The mainstream media can ignore us all they want, but the fact is we our making a difference, winning battles, and growing stronger everyday. We have the ability and power to make this a significant election issue in both the U.S. and Canada . There is no doubt in my mind that because of our dedication, sacrifice and perseverance, we will be further rewarded, and our efforts will translate into a resounding majority rejecting the North American Union.

This is a "mind-boggling concept," exploded Lou Dobbs. It must cause Americans to think our political and academic elites have "gone utterly mad." What had detonated the mild-mannered CNN anchor?

Dr. Robert Pastor, vice chair of the Council on Foreign Relations Task Force on North America, had just appeared before a panel of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations -- to call for erasing all U.S. borders and a merger of the United States, Mexico and Canada in a North American union stretching from Prudhoe Bay to Guatemala.

Under the Pastor-CFR plan, the illegal alien invasion would be solved by eliminating America's borders and legalizing the invasion. We would no longer defend the Rio Grande.

"What we need to do," Pastor instructed, "is forge a new North American Community. ... Instead of stopping North Americans on the borders, we ought to provide them with a secure, biometric Border Pass that would ease transit across the border like an E-Z pass permits our cars to speed through tolls."

The Pastor-CFR project, for "economic integration" of Mexamerica, is on the drawing board. North-south highways and railways would be built to weld us together as the American Union was welded together by the Northern Pacific, Union Pacific and Southern Pacific, and Ike's Interstate Highway System.

Speaking in Madrid in 2002, Mexican President Vicente Fox declared: "Our long-range objective is to establish with the United States ... an ensemble of connections and institutions similar to those created by the European Union, with the goal of attending to future themes as important as ... the freedom of movement of capital, goods, services and persons. The new framework we wish to construct is inspired in the example of the European Union."

Critical element of the Fox post-NAFTA agenda: absolute freedom of movement for persons between Mexico and the United States -- a merger of the nations. Foreign Secretary Luis Ernesto Debrez put it succinctly in April 2005. What Mexico is about is "complete integration" of the two nations.

To appreciate what Fox, Debrez, Pastor and the CFR wish America to merge with, consider a few excerpts from the State Department information sheet on Mexico.

While hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens marched beneath Mexican flags in U.S. cities on May Day to demand amnesty, Mexico's constitution "prohibits political activities by foreigners, and such actions may result in detentions and deportations."

"Crime in Mexico continues at high levels, and it is often violent, especially in Mexico City, Tijuana, Ciudad Juarez, Nuevo Laredo (and) Acapulco," State warns U.S. travelers. "Low apprehension rates and conviction rates of criminals contribute to the high crime rate."

"Women traveling alone are especially vulnerable. ... Victims ... have been raped, robbed of personal property or abducted and then held while their credit cards are used at various businesses and automatic teller machines. ... Kidnapping, including the kidnapping of non-Mexicans, continues at alarming rates."

When Fox proposed his merger of America and Mexico in a North American Union, Robert Bartley, for 30 years editorial page editor of The Wall Street Journal, declared him a "visionary" and pledged solidarity: "He (Fox) can rest assured that there is one voice north of the Rio Grande that supports his vision ... this newspaper."

The American people never supported NAFTA, and they are angry over Bush's failure to secure the border -- but a shotgun marriage between our two nations appears prearranged. Central feature: a ten-lane, 400-yard-wide NAFTA Super Highway from the Mexican port of Lazaro Cardenas, up to and across the U.S. border, all the way to Canada. Within the median strip dividing the north and south car and truck lanes would be rail lines for both passengers and freight traffic, and oil and gas pipelines.

As author Jerome Corsi describes this Fox-Bush autobahn, container ships from China would unload at Lazaro Cardenas, a port named for the Mexican president who nationalized all U.S. oil companies in 1938. From there, trucks with Mexican drivers would run fast lines into the United States, hauling their cargo to a U.S. customs inspection terminal -- in Kansas City, Mo. From there, the trucks would fan out across America or roll on into Canada. Similar super-highways from Mexico through the United States into Canada are planned.

According to Corsi, construction of the Trans-Texas Corridor, the first leg of the NAFTA Super Highway, is to begin next year.

The beneficiaries of this NAFTA Super Highway project would be the contractors who build it and the importers and outlet stores for the Chinese-manufactured goods that would come flooding in. The losers would be U.S. longshoremen, truckers, manufacturers and taxpayers.

The latter would pay the cost of building the highway in Mexico and the United States, both in dollars and in the lost sovereignty of our once-independent American republic.

Idiot-in-Chief finds himself a Canadian boyfriend and is twisting the Mexican arm and, with the help of the Power Elite, is pushing this agenda which guarantees the enslavement of the peons. Read that as you and me! The entire Bush/Cheney cadre of thugs should be impeached, jailed and hanged or shot as seditionists, traitors, murderers and war profiteers. My idea for their corporate Fascist contibutors would be to send them to Iraq, issued substandard armor and forced to turn their ill-gotten profits to the rebuilding of that country with only picks, shovels and bare hands. If they need to use explosives, let them find those WMD's and use the stuff they find in those! The huge prisons being built with taxpayer monies would be a great place to headquarter Exxon Mobil, Blackwater, Monsanto and the myriad of other criminally irresponsible greed promoters like Big Pharma and insurance thieves. It's time we took back OUR government any way we have to. These people whom we've allowed to dictate our health, security and freedom are OUR EMPLOYEES! Maybe we need a return of the Weather Underground and take down the corporate ass-kissing culture permeating Washington by taking out their assets.

We as Americans should have been out in the streets demanding our government back 7-8 years ago when they put this idiot in office. I have been watching and listening to Lou Dobbs talk about the dangers of the New World Order, the Superhighway, Immigration and the threats of the North American Union. Snopes claims the North American Union is FALSE. But I know it's true. On April first just a week after the meeting I posted all the information I could find on the North American union, and that was in 2005. Paul Martin, and Vicente Fox met with Bush on his ranch on March 26, and to confirm what I had found out I visited the official Canadian Web Site and read there just exactly what I had posted. Of course this is illegal in all three countries. But Bush wants this new Prosperity Act in place by 2010. I just hope Congress won't cave in and give him what he wants in his last year in office....But this remains to be seen.....Apparenty if one disagrees with him enough he/she will receive an Anthrax letter. I know Patrick Leahy got one for his standing up to Bush. Then he backed off. I can't blame him, especially when his life was in danger....

It is pointless to discuss the justness of the principle of secession without first discussing our federal compact. Few Americans would deny that our founders in 1776 had among other inalienable rights the justification and right to assert a form of government "most likely to effect Safety and Happiness". With such a strong sense of the rights of the people inherent in our most foundational of beliefs, it is amazing that Americans so easily view these concepts as applicable only to another time and place.

Secession is legal under natural law, biblical law and in accordance with the State-Federal compact theory of government.

The Unconstitutionality of Using Force to Coerce a State

President James Buchanan stated succinctly in a speech before Congress, December 1860 that the Constitution does not delegate to the Federal government the power to use force against a state:

"The question fairly stated is, Has the Constitution delegated to Congress the power to coerce a State into submission which is attempting to withdraw or has actually withdrawn from the Confederacy? If answered in the affirmative, it must be on the principle that the power has been conferred upon Congress to declare and to make war against a State. After much serious reflection I have arrived at the conclusion that no such power has been delegated to Congress or to any other department of the Federal Government. It is manifest upon an inspection of the Constitution that this is not among the specific and enumerated powers granted to Congress, and it is equally apparent that its exercise is not " necessary and proper for carrying into execution " any one of these powers. So far from this power having been delegated to Congress, it was expressly refused by the Convention which framed the Constitution.

Thank you very much Scott and to all the other Care2 members who commented on this. This is a real eye opener and scary as hell. I am glad there are people like Lou Dobbs out there to expose these criminals! I just hope the public will grasp what is happening to our country. I will definitely forward this to family and friends so more people can know what is going on beneath our noses without our consent.

SECTION 4.
1. The United States shall guaranty to every State in this Union a republican form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and, on application of the Legislature, or of the Executive, (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic violence.

2. This constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof, and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any thing in the constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.

3. The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by oath or affirmation to support this constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.

I am no means a lawyer but I think I understand these laws.....
If "they" do not follow these laws, that is TREASON~!!!!

Does this mean we do not need a "super fence"? I was wondering how we was going to fence in both sides of the coasts. I am sure we dont want illegal horses, deer fish etc. to sneak into or out of Amerika. Then I was thinking, we just might have to fence in each state??

What was said about there no longer being any such Rights though is not true,becasue one can neither give nor take these,but it is tru,the hard part is getting these written down& passed intohuman working laws,but just becasue they are no longer written or they are made by humans to be acted upon by other humans,as if they are illegal or do not even exists is not correct.
Becasue,many of these laaws have& are currently already written down,enacted into working laws,with a tradution & a people haveing gowen up within the knowelge of&tradition of haveing these actively aspired to,imperfectly or not,this si the timeto protect actively,what you do have-lose this,you are unlikely to get this back.
Networking here or ? for enrollment of those persons willing to band together actively on these things,step up someone,please.... .
