A Research Paper Presented To Air Force 2025 August 1996 Below are highlights contained within the actual report. In this paper we show that appropriate application of weather-modification can provide battlespace dominance to a degree never before im

In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy,

How about just looking up for a change and watching the sky. This will never be "outed" until more people start taking notice.

BTW, did you know that we have a: Treaty of the Skies?! Google it. Very interesting stuff.

I think man is just way over the top. Man is going to self destruct his own world. I am with you Hanna. Lets look up and see what we have been given that day in the sky...not man made weather. They could certainly direct their minds to a more beneficial well being for all man kind.....maybe how not to start wars. Noted.

Thanks Scott for posting, and Carole for forwarding this to my attention! It's a very powerful and interesting technology. One should use it wisely and cautiously, but avoids this if one can do without it.

Eduardo (even though you prefer Ed -- smile)

This world has no history of using technology WISELY.

As I said . . . "Be afraid."

Ask yourself a few questions.

If we truly care about humanity, shouldn't we prioritize our goals?

Shouldn't resolving world hunger be one?
Shouldn't we stop murdering people and invading countries we are not wanted in?
Shouldn't we first concentrate on our own problems before delving into others.
(the old adage, "people in glass houses" immediately comes to mind.

What has happened to this world, where we have forgotten the priorities, and been manipulated by "spin?"

Why are we spending hundreds of billions of dollars to murder people, while helpless people are dying, but could be saved by just a fraction of that?

Whatever happened to "common sense?"

It's uncommon any more. And with it went our humanity.

Great picture for this article -- basically it seems to always be: 'let's see how much we can !@#! this up'

Wonder why there aren't any advanced civilizations flying around making like Star Trek?

They all screwed things up too badly to recover -- it might be inherent with intelligence; always looking for 'better' ways to do things.

WE are the invaders.

9/11 was an "inside job."

WE have been manipulated . . . and hundreds of billions of dollars have been diverted from LIFE supporting programs to promote DEATH.

Carole, You are absolutely correct. Military applications of technology are often disastrous. If we do not invade and bully other countries, we wouldn't have so many enemies, and have lost so many young people. The recession that we are facing is a direct consequence of over-spending in the military.

There are also peaceful applications of such technologies. E.g. China has been attempting to use it to modify weather and rainfall in order to solve drought problem, that could be benefit to farming and agriculture. The url link that you provided is interesting, and my previous comment "One should use it wisely and cautiously, but avoids this if one can do without it" refers only to these peaceful applications.

Einstein's theory of special relativity is a pure academic finding that does not have applications, but other scientists applied his finding to the invention of massively destructive weapons.

Just Carole (417)
Saturday February 2, 2008, 8:17 pm
Einstein, himself, was ashamed that his monumental finding was abused to be used for destruction.

SHAME ON THIS WORLD. (and on us, if we say nothing.)

Interesting how this could become a more important WEAPON than the atom bomb.....

Now can folks understand as to why we are seeing all the (MAN MADE) hysteria about global warming - no doubt they have got it all planned out.
They could use these weapons to reap destruction - and no one would look at these weapons as being the cause - but rather : folks would blame themselves, believing it is happening to them because of CO2 and the global warming.

From the `elite`s` point of view it is an excellent plot - whilst it also allows them to get rich quick as they go along.

Einstein published his theory of special relativity in 1905 when he was 26 year old. This is a pure mathematical physical theory relating mass with energy. This finding and other later publications of Einstein did not consider any applications. In his later life, Einstein did worry about the improper application of his finding by others, and thus devoted much of his efforts in promoting humanity. He was not able to change the minds of the ambitious and evil politicians.

Most scientific and technical discoveries have peaceful and evil applications. Atomic bomb was first applied in 1945, that was 40 years after the publication of the theory. It destroyed two cities and killed so many innocent civilians, but did end the Second World War in 1945 (Multi-million Asians and civilians had perished before 1945 during a decade of wars and invasion started by Japan).

Agree with Just Carole. And Dave Kane, I've read that aliens land here all the time to get minerals, etc., and that if we (bleep) up our planet real bad, they may come down and intervene! At that point the human family would all be together on one page, just before we are vaporised! No, I can't back this up with any proof or evidence as it's pretty far out, but that could be true. Just like in real life I've thought I was pretty smart, and now I know I don't know anything, and everything I thought was true is a lie. The buzzword is always LIFE, but the reality is almost always DEATH for innocent someone, somewhere. Noted, thanks Scott .
