Are pot smokers criminals? Why are they being Crucified? Everyone knows that alcohol abuse and crack are far more dangerous yet it seems that OUR Government wants to over look these and fry pot smokers. Is it because they are easier prey? Wake up America!

I joined the Army in 1970 during Viet Nam. I know that at least 80% of the troops I was stationed with used pot. The military DID NOT CARE until the end of the Viet Nam war. "They" looked the other way during the war. Many high ranking military personnel also smoked pot. At the end of the war, many great soldiers suddenly became criminals and I seen them get court martialed. Yet many abusive alcoholics got away with far worse crimes and are doing so today. In my 55 years in this country and other countries I have known many pot heads and alcoholics and would rather see people smoke pot instead of drinking until they lost control of their emotions. I myself am an ex weekend alcoholic and am ashamed of some of the things I did while under the influence. I hate to see anyone with a vice but IF THEY MUST have a vice, I feel much safer around "pot heads" compaired to alcoholics. Now, this new drug called "crack", "rock" or whatever appears to create far more rapists and murders etc. I have NEVER heard of a pot smoker raping or killing anyone. All they want is peace and well being. Is this a bad thing to want? Maybe our Government is afraid that pot smokers will become to passive and not want wars and crimes? Or, maybe it is the billions of dollars that the Government would lose if pot was legal? I also know many police and lawyers that smoke pot. Why isn't it legal yet?

Also, there is another crime that is being commited by the insurance companies. The Government and the insurance companies already know that many Americans smoke pot and use this fact to get out of paying claims. I'll give you an example;
While working has a welder at John Deere, I received a cut that needed a couple of stitches. They took me to the medical center and when I arrived, the first thing they wanted was a pee sample??? Why? To see if I had been drinking or smoking pot. I passed of course but if I would have failed, I would have been fired and the insurance company would not have paid for any of my claims!! I think we all know that if you smoke pot, it will store in your body for up to a month or longer! Alcohol of course leaves your system much faster. If I had smoked a joint a week or two before this pee test, I would have failed! Isn't this an easy way for the insurance company to get out of paying claims? Yes it is! I have much more to say but I do not want to bore you all to death so I will close for now.

America, it is PASSED time to decriminalize pot! Lets do it! This is OUR COUNTRY! THEY work for us! If they are not working for us, lets run them out of office!!!

These jerks make me so angry. It's been long overdue to make it legal.
