Scholars have argued whether a President has the right to PARDON HIMSELF. NO President has ever tried to pardon himself & when Clinton was in office some neo-cons argued the Pres doesn't have the power to pardon himself.

This monster and his side kick, Cheney should be hung for war crimes and treason! They have spread hate and fear like no one before them! There are people are on Care2 preaching the same thing that these human monsters did! These monsters can't be pardoned! They just can't!
