Deep cold water coral reefs are so unusual, is no surprise to find creatures never seen before Coral animals have been thought to choose to dwell in warmer waters, so the reef itself is highly unusual.

I'm delighted to hear about this find. However, as soon as something like this happens I can see deep water trawling happening as there is such a shortage of fish now and hope that it can be fully protected.

This is such an interesting article, PLEASE VISIT SITE.

Five Cold water reefs found underwater 200 miles off the coast of North West Scotland found last month.

Already reefs identified as a "biodiversity hot spot"!!

Government expected to apply to have the reefs put under protection under European Law.

Hope they DO FOR SURE, we have lost so many of them already, Now Man is trying to create their own.
