Energy firms the world over are increasingly aware of the threat posed to their business by global warming, but few are actively preparing for the likely impact of rising temperatures and increasingly extreme weather.

NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS SHOULD HAVE A BACK UP SOURCE OF ENERGY SUCH AS SOLAR PANELS OR WIND MILLS OR RESEARCH ANOTHER SOURCE TO KEEP THEIR COOLING TANKS AT PROPER TEMP. PLUS A BACK UP SUPPLY OF WATER POSSIBLY IN A WATER TANK CLOSE BY. ENERGY COMPANIES SHOULD DO THE SAME HAVE BACKUP WAYS TO PRODUCE THE ENERGY THE POPULACE WILL NEED IN AN EMERGENCY DOWN THE LINE. THE POPULACE IT SELF SHOULD BE RESEARCHING A WAY TO HAVE POWER IF ALL ELSE FAILS.
IT SEEMS EVERYONE SHOULD BE THINKING AHEAD OF HOW TO HAVE POWER WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS. ESPECIALLY THE ONES WHO OWN THEIR HOMES IN ANY LOCATION WOULD BE ABLE TO DO THE SOLAR ENERGY OR A WIND MILL OR TWO. THOSE WITH LAND COULD DO BOTH AND SHARE WILL A NEIGHBOR.
IT IS JUST NOT THE INDUSTRIES THAT SHOULD BE PLANNING IT OUT AND DOING IT, IT IS ALSO EVERYONE ON THE PLANET SHOULD BE RESEARCHING WHAT THEY CAN DO. NOT SURE IF THIS MAKES SENSE BUT I HOPE IT DOES.
