This decline in immigrant population is a clear signal that our economy is dreadful, thank you Cal for confirming for us what we already knew. My husband is laid off and my son, a disabled veteran, cannot even locate a part time job.

as it declines in the west in increases in the midwest. As with any data it can be manipulated to show what ever you want it to show.
