Russia has many outdated facilities and businesses.. sherbet when I was ove there we cold not even find a public toilet... they are still in the mindset of a communist era.... staying in this frame of mind definitely needs to change.. the younsters to need to get off th evodka bottle which is a major problem over there, and a culture of nuturing their own business initiatives... raising up young people to take over the reins, and get them in to participate in the economy... They definitely need to follow worldwide trends in order to progress and not be an island to themselves
