So why aren't we seeing more support for sole proprietors and small businesses but instead see subsidies going exckusively to Big Business?

Thannxxx Cal sometimes that which was mean't for bad has become a good thing... what was a curse has now become a blessing and yes this is the time to get ones talents out on the road show... and venture into something new
