Oh my word... I would be as grumpy as a bear with a sore head... less sleep is linked to obesity, heart attacks and a whole host of other diseases

Sleep disorders are serious. Not everyone has one. But, being unhealthy and over weight, can be a factor. I live in a smaller town in SC. It is amazing to me, the number of people that need to come in for sleep studies.I clean in a sleep lab and pulmonary office. It is sad, so we need to stop with the processed crap, and eat fresh.
