so good this news! the sad part is that it had to go to this extreme.seems as if insurance companies always have a loophole somewheres to get out of paying there dues.there willing to take our $$ for years but should payback time arrive,what is legimate dur us , bingo , the fameous "loophole" apears.we need more ,loophole closure laws i think,unfortunately! thanks Cal
