Judge Rules BP Not Negligent in Alaska Spill

A federal judge ruled that BP was not negligent in the case of a 2009 oil spill and did not violate the terms of its probation from an earlier accident thus escaping further punishment.

That does not surprise me at all. They are lucky that I am not the one in charge of the system of justice because if it was up to me every single people responsible for this sickening mess would be thrown in what they did and that is just the start of what they would all get!
