That sucks. I remember the whole country shutting down before, growing up in Belgium.

Oh, those Belgians. Anarchists, extremists and radicals every one of them.

Uh, wait a minute, they're the opposite of that. If the Belgians are going on strike the possiblities are endless. Just wait till the French get in on it. The mind fairly boggles.
