Ummm... may I remind the United States of how a massive pipeline has ripped it's way through our country, without common Canadian citizen's permission..which has already caused so much environmental destruction of Canadian wildlife..all because of the almighty $$ that the American government used to manipulate to begin with? Not to mention how the American government policies include their grand attempt at harvesting our softwood lumber..fishing resources, etc? I say, enough dealing with American profiteers and let Americans handle their own monetary affairs, as Canadians will handle theirs. Enough free trade, as Canadians in general are sick and tired of American business greed infiltrating our natural resources to begin with. Canada doesn't need American money....only.... Americans always seem to need our resources and ply us with $$$ incentives. ENOUGH!!!

why would there be extra support to export Canadian resources for a Canadian company's profits that kills American jobs and puts Americans' health at risk?

I'm signing this in hopes of getting rid of TransCanada and their leaky pipes. Getting more oil to the USA and refining it for use in North America while generating jobs in the USA (not hauling TransCanada's workers across the border to do the work) is supposed to be the objective!

It is long overdue that we show respect for the FIRST NATIONS, all indigenous wild life and people, the Balance of Nature that kept waters soils air clean and populations under control. We must stop following the life path based on greed and ignorance, and start to listen to Wisdom.

It's EVERY STATE through which that pipeline will flow! Proper maintenance would be a tremendous help... but we all know what happens to promises of scrutinized maintenance... It never gets the proper attention because of $$$, and even the small leaks, when detected soon after they begin, get into the water table, and contaminate wells, farmlands, the animals that graze in contaminated areas, and any creek or rivers nearby and beneath the land. I don't think the Keystone development is a good idea. It puts too many wetlands, animals sanctuaries, and people at risk.
