Bank of UnAmerica is already on permanent boycott as far as I'm concerned. I hope the firm tanks and that every debt holder ends up forever free of those lice and that all credittors withdraw every penny.

I agree Frank that BOA needs to be gone, but if it tanks it will cost us a hell of a lot more than money..it could take a large part of the country with it...
Better to force the government to dismantle it now before it screws us all, even those of us that have been boycotting big banks and Occupying the streets.

I guess they've forgotten that it was the taxpayers --many of whom were their loyal customers-- who bailed them out! Why can't they return the favor and work with people to help them keep their homes? Instead, they're raking them over the coals a second time. I'm beginning to think that GREED and opportunism are incurable diseases!

Signed and noted! I hope these people are able to regain ownership of their home.

I agree that Bank of America needs to be broken up, but if it goes into bankruptcy, that won't let homeowners off the hook as far as their loan payments are concerned, will it? The bank's assets are sold to another institution is what I understand, and there's no guarantee the next institution will be any more understanding or any less greedy and heartless.

Why did we bail out banks without mandatory conditions that they must continue to loan to people and small biz + keep people in their homes?

Signed and noted. The banks treat us like scum because we let them. The only way to change things is to boycott all banks. Let's put them all out of business. You get much better treatment from credit unions.

signed. My friend without a car uses B of A. because he works close to it, and cashes his paycheck. I keep nagging at him to join any of the credit unions across town. sigh. B of A is like Walmart...everywhere.
