When you are forced to fight for a cause you do not believer in, it has to be psychological torture.

Forced to fight knowing that you are nothing more than cannon fodder because you are Sunni and not Alawite, knowing that your family is in danger from the Al Assad régime --- that is psychological torture. Add that to the physical tortue and it would be unbearable.

Almost sounds Republican/Teabagger.

Being made to fight and cause bloodshed for no reason and being used as a mere drone to commit unspeakable atrocities has to be emotionally and psychologically draining and damaging.
Thank you Cal.
