Doctors at Mississippi's sole abortion clinic are allowed to continue performing the procedure, even if they do not have admitting and staff privileges at an area hospital, as required by state law, a federal judge ruled Friday.

Thanks Cal for posting the CNN article and U.S. District Judge Daniel P. Jordan III should be commended for his action. However this isn't the end of this saga as the Republican Administration in Mississippi is determined to shut this clinic's doors and take away the guaranteed constitutional right of women of that state to choose abortion. Read and noted.
