Governor Rick Scott is little more than a willing hand puppet for the tea party and a host of corporate criminals. To borrow a phrase from Joan Rivers, which she used to describe Heidi Abramowitz, the neighborhood skank of her youth: "She's [in this case, "he's"] had more hands up her [his] skirts than the muppets."
