This is the part that bothers me the most......from the article
He thought Chloe was fine after she stopped crying and he put her to bed. When checked on later Chloe was found turning blue and later died that night at the hospital.

Done and shared....and another reason i support the innocence project, even though they are not a part of this case.
There will ALWAYS be TO MUCH DOUBT, so the US has to abolish the death penalty!
in memory of Troy Davis...RIP my brother

I don't think I can sign..if he is guilty of this, he's scum and I don't know what another trial will prove, don't know enough about it, noted

noted and signed. If he is guilty, then he is scum. But, we need to be sure we have the right criminal. Otherwise, we are worse then any criminals.

Petition signed.

Let him have his day in court and allow him to be heard.
After all has been said and done, that is it. Let the jury take it from there.

Ty, Cal.

"The physician performing the autopsy, has been prohibited from performing any more autopsies as he has spread false information during several trials in the Mississippi area." I've heard of this before, and it's enough for me to note and sign in support of a new trial. Thank you Cal!
