President Obama will likely decide early next year. As he looks to his priorities in his second term, and to the legacy of his presidency, we need to send an immediate, unambiguous message right now.

President Obama has, unfortunately, shown little concern for environmental issues. I hope this changes. It is vital that anyone who cares about this and other environmental matters send a clear and overwhelming message to the administration.

Sorry Cal, went in to sign this petition but it only seems open to US citizens, bit of a shame when other Countries around the world want to help you in your quest.

Gee, who wants these _pesky_ regulations, anyway?
Who wants to breathe clean air, drink safe water, and keep our planet from destruction?
What's wrong with us, citizens?

We should be worrying about Big Business making larger profits, the 'poor' things.
It's not their fault, if they don't have to live near these hazardous pipe lines. After all, if you had their money, wouldn't you want to live in a safe area?
Gee, I'm starting to sound Steven Colbert.

To all you screwballs, who aren't wealthy, and want to eliminate government protection for our citiznes, are you laboring under the delusion, that the wealthy will come to your rescue and invite you into the fold?

Noted and signed, Thanks Cal. Must keep the XL Pipeline and the destructive problems in the Pres. face. Perhaps he could do some personal "face-to-face" with some of the dirty and very real aspects of all types of oil extractions. Would love for that to happen!
