Why not turn this question on them? Let these companies prove that they DO NOT influence the public health, let them prove beyond all doubt that FRACKING is not in any way an environmental hazard. They can not, but are trying their best to use all available tactics of assuaging the public mind by posing questions, rather than addressing to the facts.

Thanks Cal. There sure seems to be a lot of Fracking going on along the Canadian & U.S.A .border states from East to West or visa versa. Then the delivery systems! Kit is right,ask these questions. But will our Government ask the companies these questions? Our Government (along with influential parties), is in partnership for making oil production/availability, independent from the Mid-East suppliers (several losing wars for oil/energy resource). As long as there is any large market for oil energy, the public, private and other 'grey' oil usage areas, oil seduction will continue without consciousness for the vast environmental repercussions. We huge numbers of humans and our growing hungers are the markets, to the detriment of this planet and most other life forms. Demand answers to vital questions. Who is trustworthy, who can and will speak the truth and act positively for planetary life? Fracking is a new term for Rape with terminal diseases, to add to the other rapes going on with this planet.

So sad. There are enough states in this country that have already made the mistake of letting the frackers in (my state of PA being one of them) that the tell-tale signs of heath conditions regarding air, water and soil etc are well-documented. One of their best arguments is always "We'll bring jobs and revenue to your area." Well guess what, better poor and healthy than....

This makes the judgment on Citizens United even more outlandishly ridiculous. Corporations are making people sick...so if a corporation "is a person," shouldn't they be criminally charged and made to appear in court? For all I know this has already happened; if not, some bright young lawyer should take on this cause.
