There are many professionals that would migrate to North America in a heart bit, also from Venezuela for example where there is an incredibly high crime incidence.

If they want to come and bring their money and their business expertise I have no problem with that.

Already, Balcortas is making a positive impact in Calgary. I think that people who can support themselves until they get their residency status should be able to come to the US or Canada. While I agree that the US or Canada cannot be responsible for the Mexican judiciary, or lack thereof, we should not be turning our backs on these people either. To be targeted just because you are more financially secure is wrong, but that is something that Mexico must deal with. The ones I lament are the people without sufficient or any financial means that must stay and are subjected to violence.
