My dog is now only about half the age he was yesterday. I wish I could do that calculation on myself.

thanks for sharing but I still do not agree with No 1. and 7.

Go out during the winter time (below -1 C) with your hair wet and practice sports semi-professionally or professionally without stretching and warming up and you will see the consequences after some time... at least those two is easy to check
