Noted - I've been guilty of throwing away food as well, but food isn't marketed for a single person - I can't eat a whole avocado, or drink even a pint of milk in a week! Foods should be marketed for both the families and the individual - unfortunately several instances where the food is marketed for singles -- it's far more expensive - it's a marketing issue as well as a personal responsibility! I do however throw the food out and then recycle what's recyclable! Thanks Cal!
