Until regular people understand that Corporations (contractors) are destroying Their natural heritage & monuments,, the government(s) can't & won't do enough to protect these sites. Locals have to do their part to stop this kind of permanent destruction! Imagine if the Highway Dept. hired a private contractor who decided it would be easier to demolish the Washington Monument & use it to pave a new road?!

signed. . You'd think they'd make a better profit by selling chunks to the temple to collectors (someone out there would be wanting a few souveniers in their backyard). sarcasm... than to use as building blocks.
No respect for history. Unfortunate for their great grandchildren who will miss out on this part of their heritage.
