This move is most likely in order to delay any studies that may expose the true damage this process causes. Yesterday I posted a story about the release of a study by Jessica Ernst, a high-profile, Alberta-based environmental consultant. The 93 page summary is a real eye opener.

Well, that's just great. First the wolves, now fracking. Feds washing their hands clean and dumping it to the states. And if I lived in Wyoming, I'd be fairly nervous. " Wyoming officials have been skeptical about the theory that fracking played a role in the pollution at Pavillion, but Reynolds expressed confidence the state could lead the work from here. " UH huh.

just shows they really do not want to give up fracking so the less people know about it the better

Noted thanks

Just a few of the Chemicals used in Fracking: Now what could possibly go wrong when injecting these into the ground? Gee, I wonder how the Industry Paid for Report is going to turn out.....

I wonder what blackmail is used here to frighten off the EPA. Unless the agency is full of mules, one would expect that it is staffed by people who really want to stop this kind of thing.
I have read an article where one of the states is going to pass a law that complaining about water quality will be treated as an act of terrorism. Maybe the workers at the EPA have been warned.
It's so much better to allow the Republicans in Congress to make these decisions as they would not be intimidated.

Anyone still believe that the EPA, the FDA and the USDA haven't been compromised? This reminds me of the fox investigating the coyote for the hen house grand larcenies.

The only thing I don't understand about this, is
WHY don't they turn over their sheep to my canine relatives? Obama EPA shows how to make an altruism:

Or maybe religion is involved: Doller worship
Wyoming State's Rites [sic]: Cannibalism. Climate sacrifice. Water sacrifice. Sacrifice everything. Pray for a pocket full of dimes.

It's ok if i misspell dollar. the original was Thalers. Can't see from Mountains when you're looking under the Valleys.

So, the Environmental Protection Agency that was created to protect the environment is no longer doing so. I suggest a name change....Environmental Destruction Agency? All has been co-opted and turned upside down. But, don't stop speaking truth to power and keep signing those petitions and sending those letters and sharing.
