I am all for charging plastic manufacturers for creating a litter that causes excessive harm, overall trash is a human problem. We have not in the past few years maybe longer, taken responsibility for the mess we make.

And I've seen lagoons in Borneo which were so clogged with garbage that you couldn't see the water! People live in ''stilt'' houses over the water and just lean over the side to pee, etc.

I'm with Kit...maybe, if plastics and other trash items cost a LOT more, people might find ways to recycle them.
