both sides have claimed the same thing, just go in and stop the fighting or stop supplying them with arms full stop

but of course ; the "good guys" fighting Assad could never do things like that ..too busy cutting heads off kids and carrying their black flags.. too busy to do the OBVIOUS...blame Assad!..With the whole world watching Assad for this ..ready to pounce.. what's in it for him to be so stupid?

With inspectors already on the ground for the purpose of investigating PREVIOUS ALIGATIONS, the thrust should be non-stop insistance for the group's rerouting to deal with CURRENT "aligations" ... where they should remain until it's determined who exactly did the deed.

There is neither good nor bad
in the ranks of war.
Ego carries the flags rampant.

This is not our conflict. We need our tax money rebuilding American Not nation building in Syria. Let them enjoy their war. And no admitting refugees either. let Saudi Arabia who huge huge amounts of land that are uninhabited take them in. We in the west need to wake up and stop supporting our sworn enemies under some misguided notion of multiculturalism.

Unfortunately, both sides seem as bad as each other. This should send a clear warning to Syria's neighbours about what they can expect in the event of a conflict.

Wondering who supplied those chemical weapons?

Yes and by now we know that absolutely nothing came of it. China and Russia vetoed any statement but the toothless 'have to get a clearer picture'.

The only thing that is certain is that "some one" released "some kind "of toxic agent. And while there has been a plethora of experts all over the news touting all sorts of scenarios there does seem to be only two things that they all agree on: Until some one using a secure chain of evidence custody actually performs tests there is absolutely no way to know just what was used and even knowing just what was used there is then absolutely no way of knowing/proving Who actually used the chemical weapon. Granting that Assad is a bastard who should be removed from office there is no reason to assume that any of the groups, many of whom hate each other as much as they hate Assad, fighting Assad would be any better and frankly some would be worse.
