2013 has been an extremely busy year at the state level for marijuana.

Decriminalize it; legalize it; regulate it properly; tax it.

Americans are sick to death of the "drug wars." Fast & Furious really had more of an impact against the drug wars than all the words in the world it seems. The brilliant grassroots movement that gave CO and OR their newfound freedom is spreading across America. Sanjay Gupta's flip on the subject has led the way for mainstream media as well. Scientific research finding the cannabis can truly and factually shrink tumors, ease pain, etc. is finally coming to light everywhere as people find out for themselves the great benefits.

It is about time. This "War on Drugs" has been a total scam on the Tax Payer. I would like to see a "War on Lying Thieving Wall Street"

Agree it's about time - Legalize, Regulate, Tax...Prisoner releases? Criminal charges dropped? Unclog our court system somewhat...Retrain law enforcement at all levels, as many may not agree with legalization.
Noted and thank you.

In Sweden the politicians do the opposite, here persecuted marijuana users by the police and authorities and the public are invited to tipping.
Release Sweden from dictatorial politicians!

Love, Peace and Understanding

State, not Federal Government. Makes it hard to know what to do.

Like all wars, the war on pot is stupid.... if we have to have a war, then like "Truth", I'd like to see a war on Wall Street.... and stupid politicians... and greedy CEO's.... and Monsanto....

It feels like this "war" against marijuana is just dumb when you trace it back to where it all started. Likely a closed-door business manner coupled with a failing economy and a generation of people rebelling. Much like nowadays.
