I would have thought that being in the open would have been more transparent, it certainly makes it easy to criticize those that take the money and those that give it.

Far as I'm concerned, corporations are comprised of people who operate them. They themselves are an "it", an entity but not comprised of life itself.
Secondly, let's eradicate all campaign finance from corporations and foreign nationals and nations. There is no need for the candidates to be stumping all over the country either when there is video conferencing available.
Think of the billions of dollars wasted by these spendthrifts could be better spent elsewhere for the benefit of the people.

Thank you for the critically important news. We must get the word out to inform the average citizen of what is going on before it's too late. (n, p, t)

Noted. Signed the petition Arielle posted already in a mailing I received earlier. If SCOTUS continues to allow this massive flow of money in elections, the general public will pretty much be left speechless. Now, those are our tax dollars that our elected members of Congress are spending. The MoveToAmend movement is trying to get Congress to pass an amendment to outlaw all this campaign cash---which will basically nullify the Citizens United decision. It's more important than ever now.
