Well, it seems like a good thing to continue to push this back. The way the EPA has been handling fracking, for example, maybe it's a good thing to keep putting this off---more info can then be injected into the conversation. The "game has been rigged" in favor of dirty energy at the EPA far too long. This was explained in the recent documentary Gasland2. Opponents of the KXL have been very vocal throughout America, with Bill McKibbon of and Sierra Club leading the way. Hats off to all of them!
