Turkey has welcomed Syrian rebels in the border area, but as the conflict drags on, the rise of Al Qaeda-linked militants becomes a concern.

Erdogan simply cannot contain the trouble he started himself! He is an open Islamist and terror supporter, but when he became a target of other Islamists and of even worse terror supporters, he finally understood that he could be beheaded as just an infidel. By the "Holy Warriors" from the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria".

The trouble with accepting Syrian rebels is that they are not a cohesive fighting force and have taken to fighting each other.Taking in refuges is easy the thing is getting rid of them when the conflict is over.Turkey is it's self embroiled in a conflict with the Kurd 's who want their own state and have in the past taken military action against them. You only have to look to Jordan and Lebanon to see this the PLO was ejected from both countries when they tried to set up a state within a state.I fear that Turkey will at sometime in the future findi it's self having to take the same action against the Syrian rebel refugees.

within a state.

Chickens coming home to roost for Erdogan. What's that expression about sowing and reaping?

Seek, and ye shall find.
"Do not look for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee." John Donne

The world is alarmed over the devastation and death toll in the Philippines, for some perspective.
