The free speech rights of American citizens are under attack all across America, but if you're a corporation, you can have all the say you want.

You know what talks and what walks. This is a prime example.

If Scalia had his way (which most of the time he does), the whole Constitution would be "scratched"! Still trying to overturn Citizens United - so what should we expect when we have an arrogant Plutocratic court - their whole ideology is screwed up - we need one of those oligarchs to have a serious health issue - and very soon!

This is a ''gift'' from the conservatives at the dear GOP!

Unfortunately this is really true. Not just in the States, but in Canada too.

Well, Lee, I nominate Scalia, closely followed by Thomas.... then we could get some justices who are truly interested in justice.

Noted. Thanks, Cal. I agree with lee and Arielle....these sociopaths who call themselves justices have got to go.

At the bottom of the article, there's a link to When you click it, you can sign a petition on their page. I believe you can only sign once....I signed several months ago. This is a very hardworking grassroots group with many successes so far. I attended one of their meetings here in my city awhile back.

Signed a tweeted the petition. It isn't just the federal government attacking free speech. Elderly people were arrested this summer at the Wisconsin State Capitol. The government is not coming for guns. That is a noisy distraction, they are coming for our free speech.

Didn't take much to determine that the case is "Whether 18 U.S.C. § 1382, which prohibits a person from reentering a military installation after a commanding officer has ordered him not to reenter, may be enforced on a portion of a military installation that is subject to a public roadway easement."

The people are the controlers of the country and should join together to make their voices heard. Speak out on every medium you can.

I believe we have a corporate sponsored SCOTUS.

To be a person, a heartbeat is necessary. Corporations have no heartbeat, therefore, they are not people. People are persons with heartbeats. No heartbeat, no person. Simple as that. Corps. also don't have voice boxes, so don't speak either. There is no speech without a voice box. Not people.
