This is surprising to me because I thought that the Indian Police had jurisdiction on their reservations is this not so?. If not I have been sadly]y misinformed.I do however believe this is a good idea to allow them to police their own people because the intervention of outsiders causes resentment.

Enough with screwing Indians. Let them have their own police force and judiciary system. Further GIVE THEM BACK THEIR LANDS. Allow them to have their own native food sources and their own holistic medicines as well. We don't have children so all of our land and our possessions are left in our will to the Native Americans in North Carolina, the Catawba's. It's the only way they'll get their lands back. Anywhere you live there was a Native American tribe, if you really care, change your will and do your part to return the land to them. I know you think I'm crazy but how can we turn our backs on people whom our ancestors brutalized and destroyed?
