Each year Norwegians continue kill thousands of whales with a quota that has gradually been increasing. These whales are brutally slaughtered using explosive harpoons.

Whats wrong with these brutal moronic people No wonder we have a job even seeing a whale here the countries surrounding us seem to be slaughtering them by the thousands Its a Wonder theres any left
Its not fair though Time there was worldwide laws now for all these creatures in the oceans and strong sanctions against any one country that does not adhere to them We are losing too many now They should be doing this with Japan and a few nations at the present Block trade with them That would make them think

Signed & noted, thanks Cal for posting.

Hopefully we will see an end to whaling, although I doubt we will ever see an end to spamming on web-sites.... it'd be hard to design a spam filter that stopped it, that didn't affect legitimate members, but then I'm not a computer guru, so maybe there is a way...

"Each year Norwegians continue kill thousands of whales with a quota that has gradually been increasing. These whales are brutally slaughtered using explosive harpoons. This barbaric practice should not be tolerated..."
I agreed with the wording of this petition - WITH THE EXCEPTION that I do not support boycotts. I believe they hurt innocent people (shop owners, employers/employees, manufacturers, etc.) of businesses not even related to the issue. Don't make them suffer for the ignorance and failure of its government to save and protect the whales.
