Former Obama Head of USGS Endorses Keystone Pipeline (for some reason I 'm unable to post this after 3 tries)

Kind of like the story off-shore drilling is so safe now that the entire Eastern seaboard should be drilled right after making fun of drill baby drill before the election. Now they are ready to tar our country with the same brush. Then comes the feathers..

Wow, a Nebraska judge had the stones to stand up to the Republican machine in this state. And a woman, too! That's gotta burn.

And Jon Bruning's going to appeal the decision--what a surprise. I wonder what lovely things he'll have to say about the judge who had the audacity to disagree with him? (Remember, this is the same guy who compared poor people to raccoons.)

Wow, this might just be the end of this pipeline. I'm really trying to be optimistic on this but there's a heck of a lot of money people that just can't wait for this to start.
Power back to the people!

Good news indeed!
"Stacy ruled lawmakers overstepped their authority and the governor's approval "must be declared null and void" because it was based on an unconstitutional law."

Good news for now but I believe the pipeline will be a reality due to corrupt politicians.

Well there is hope, sort of, The Nebraska Supreme Court is 5 Dem Associate Justices, 1 Repug Associate Justice and the Chief Justice is a Repug appointed by the current douche bag Repug Gov. And I don know of and could not find any recent decisions by this particular court to give any indication of their potential decision when it gets to them. Nor I must add am I sure if there is some way for the Chief Justice to do something on his own, as every state has some peculiarities in how their State Supreme Courts operate.

We must fight Congress on this. The oil from the pipeline doesn't even stay in the USA. Just like the Alaska pipeline, that oil goes to Japan, but it has ruined the USA's landscape. There is no benefit to the USA by letting this pipeline run through our country.

A judge in any title that voices the strength of our Constitutional Laws abilities to overthrow wrong directions in acts of powerful Industry groups with accomodations from political gains, intent on International raping of our America has shown that our seeds of Democracy have retained their influence in Nebraska's Rights to Amend Bill 1161. Thank You and God Bless You Honorable Stephanie Stacy and Nebraska Attorney General. Nebraska citizens stay strong your NorthEast sister states are very aware of this tremendous challenge of which we all are in grassroots actions of dismantling this run away psychotic greedy unconscionable KXL pipeline that we will cease its path into the hell it was created into becoming earth's Dead Ends. Awesome Article Cal Thanks Portland, Maine's resistance just got more powerful in knowing this!
