The confinement of ocean-going creatures in a small enclosure and the humiliation of the same for public entertainment have no place in a civilized society...

Signed and noted, thanks Cal for posting.

The confinement of intelligent species for human entertainment, whether in zoos or theme parks (SeaWorld etc.), is a practice that reflects a 19th century mentality of curiosity in the newly discovered natural wonders of the world. The world's population is largely aware of cetaceans now, so it is long past time to set them free!
