The nation is peppered with constant reminders of its dependence on the oil industry -- the same industry that has polluted their land to the point where Fort Chipewyan's people can no longer hunt, fish, or swim to their leisure

Because of the harm tar sands pollution has done there, oil companies agree to pay for projects that will help heal the bruises. Hence the children's playground. That is just so sweet! And all this time I was thinking that all oil companies were heartless bastards.....

I truly believe the Right hand does not know what the Left Hand is doing... However the Right Hand only thinks of its self! Therefore knowing what it is doing and still doing it because of Greed and Selfishness...And Yes the Right Hand is a Heartless Selfish Bastard!

I think that the minimum is for those responsible to pay for all related health problems. Then, a fine and, THEN, pay for the solar panels because of the inconvenience(?) caused by the companies.
