The Pakistani government are perusing the Taliban and other terrorist organizations which have brought death and destruction to large areas of Pakistan. These people are victims as well. However I see no other option than the one the government is perusing Wazirastan is part of Pakistan and should be brought under full control. For to long this area has operated as a state within a state..

What a mess our world is in. Most of it tied to thoughtless greed and power over others.

Thanks to religious and cultural differences this mess will continue for the next fifty centuries. I wish Pakistan good luck "controlling" Waziristan. It will cost billions a year for nothing because this mess will continue. I would spend the money defending the nuclear missile sites because the lunatics will try to take these over to rid the world of those they call "infidels." The Taliban has been allowed too much freedom and is in control. People whine about how many civilians have died via drones - well how many civilians have died by the hands of Pakistani troops? They have been passing the buck to the US, now it is their parade because frankly they were not on top of it early on.
