Wolverine Wipeout: FWS Rules Against Endangered Species Listing

The agency announced on Tuesday that scientists know "too little about the ecology of the wolverine" to list it as threatened or endangered at this time. The ruling "does not close door on this issue," one official said.

Noted, but it seems to me, evolutionary wise, they probably shouldn't be in the contiguous US.

Noted Thanks for sharing Cal They seem more concerned about the oceans at this time and rightly so. The more dirty fuel the more the oceans are in trouble. They just need to keep an eye on the populations of the wolverines they didn't say that they are not going to keep an eye out for them. It is just that they have higher concerns about so many others becoming extinct.

Read this yesterday. Could not believe it, did not want to believe it. Stupid humans. Let's destroy everything and then cry over it.

Noted. I believe someone paid somebody to get this decision. For the decisions made by our government agencies I have lost faith in all of them.

A bunch of BS. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize just how many species are at risk of extinction.

I suppose they will wait until these animals are on the brink of extinction before any action is taken.

Noted, tweeted, and shared. Typical of our society; we act on impulse not logic, and we allow money to motivate our actions instead of a respect for life.
