All the golf courses around the world take away the natural environment for the animals. Thanks Cal.

Path to destruction is always paved with greed. Interesting that there is no mention of destruction to natural for the sentient beings in these 700 hectares in the proposal, how convenient.

Again, always something that is never what the locals need nor want, a handful of jobs for the locals, if they are lucky and most of those will be low level pay; all so the rich can have another playground. Nothing there will the locals be able to use or to shop in and what they loose is their precious environment and the animals that make a home there.

When I visited many years ago it was like many places a rich mans playground now Bali has turned into a package tour haven people are flocking there and believe it or not it mostly the working class
Places like Bali also attract new found money people Bali did have a reputation for the rich but not any more Now in they will go in their coach loads destroying all they find fish and chips and pizza here we come
The government is making a huge mistake taking it down lower but they want to pack them in They are not looking ahead to the mess they are making and these people who are the tourists now and in the future will find a new place Same old story Morocco Barbados Kenya etc now they have lost their big money and the environment is destroyed and they are no longer fashionable I agree with Pam W one word describes it

Mali, This land is supporting good life and habitats that is needed for healthy ecosystem. If you allow a golf course here Bali loses.
