Shared to spread awareness.

Deny climate-change exists, but the fact is, our climate in various parts of the world is causing severe issues and problems for billions of people. The powers-that-be need to take responsibility and act, OR, move over for people who will.

Good afternoon and thank you for this article -which i read and noted - WE need as many people as we can get to talk about the benefits of having a democrat in the white house and a majority in the senate -in order to get things accomplished - and keep the country moving in the proper direction - the policy of the repug -trump -KKK WHITE NAZI - SKIN HEAD PARTY - has gone so far to join with putin and the russian mafia- who he owes billions of dollars to for loans made to him to build his stupid high rise condos and against NATO and our friends in other countries- all trump wants is extortion money from our NATO PARTNERS- for helping to defend them from invasion by RUSSIA- now today once again trump is teaming up with putin to continue hacking american interest and files-----shame on trump and shame on us if we elect this bigoted sexist racist egomaniac bully - he will destroy AMERICA totally and turn it over to RUSSIA AND PUTIN - sincerely KAY M.

Our children are our future, and I hope they can forgive us because we have ruined our planet.

I worry about our children AND their future. Too few are paying attention to what is happening every day, and ignorance is not bliss, it is disastrous.

As they say, talk is cheap. While they ''say" a lot of things, the Obama Administration has gone full force at the pushing of drilling offshore, exporting the oil, and even pushing into our public lands, The USA is now number 1 in this. Obama also started up the nuclear plants again after many of us fought so hard in the seventies and beyond to stop anymore from being placed online. How can one forget his "clean coal" push.

So talk is cheap - say whatever to get the Democrats into office but they can't even add some teeth onto a Democratic Platform to move away from our destruction, even Bill McKibben sitting on it couldn't get the Establishment Dem's to move but giving a few crumbs. We are beyond the crumb stage now.

People must get beyond these flowering speeches and SEE what was done or not done along the way. As I said TALK IS CHEAP.

We must all work together, in our own environments to demand restoration and preservation. Report what is wrong - Right what needs to be done. We can - yes we can. Creating Jobs as we go.

healthy and habitable: that doesn't been accepting earthquakes from injecting water into shale. Let's press for monitoring and regulating the messes of the fossil fuel industries.

We who are onto the present situation need to raise a lot of hell! However, we should not get discouraged - remember what Margaret Mead said about a "small group of thoughtful, committed people."

A storm is coming.

I completely agree with Dandelion, talk is cheap. Everything she said about Obama's Drilling and fracking all over our country and offshore is absolutely true. Its total hypocrisy from what he says we need to do, and what we actually do as a nation. However, he has implemented tax breaks and government grants for households and companies who convert over to clean renewable energy. Since this story was first posted a couple of days ago, during Hillary Clinton's nomination acceptance speech, she talked about a plan for converting hour Nation over to clean renewable energy and creating jobs that will last for many years as to not hinder the economy but rather benefit it. It sounded exactly like Bernie Sanders plan. Rebuilding our nation's infrastructure. During the Republican National Convention climate change was not mentioned one time, but during the Democratic National Convention climate change was mentioned many many times. Talk is cheap, but if we can the vote enough Democrats into office and replace the do-nothing Republicans in the House and Senate, perhaps we can accomplish what needs to be done to combat climate change.
