MARCH 9th, DST [Daylight Savings Time] begins.... Clocks SPRING forward ONE hour. Steps to take to AVOID shift in time. START adjusting your schedule now to help. Disruption in regular routine due to body trying to adjust.

Welcome. Some people adjust easier than others do. Heavy sleepers can adjust their time for rising at increments of 10-15 minutes at a time.... That seems to work. I just deal with 1/2 hr for 2 dys [Sat & Sun].... Then on schedule. Glad could help remind you to prepare for time change. Figured Garfield was a more pleasant reminder than the alarm on Monday, the 10th. As most people ignore it on Sunday-morning when we get that hr less of sleep.

My dogs and cats have no idea about daylight savings. Feeding times are all over the place and I wonder why they sit there with sad eyes.

Garfied show's what most of us feel about mornings and time change. Good choice.

Glenda, Convinced our furry-babies have NO idea of any schedule EXCEPT theirs.

Peppermint Twisted, Appreciate that you think Garfield was a good choice.

Did I read this right? Have I been this out of touch? Is it really going to change to DST on Sunday? That is Really early. I LOVE DST but I guess I do understand the complaints. We were just getting to having some light here in the morning when I get up and NOW, UGH!!!!!!!

Nancy, they changed the time of DST to better use daylight hours, more efficient than previous date.... Not that I can say most people agree with it. Think it is three weeks earlier than it used to be.

Lee, guess that means you feel better thought out the rest of the year? Could be that you have Seasonal Affective Disorder [SAD], from getting less sunshine.
